Bookkeeper with Construction Industry Background (Remote - For Pooling)

Overview: - Remote Bookkeeper role for Wing, aiming to build world-class teams and autopilot operations. - Focus on construction industry with financial transaction management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable. - Maintain accurate records in accounting software. - Reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, and assist in budget preparation. - Process payroll, ensure tax compliance, track invoices, expenses, and payments. - Ensure compliance with financial policies, job costing, and industry regulations. - Assist in tax filings, audits, and track construction project costs. - Perform additional finance-related tasks as required. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - At least 2 years of bookkeeping or similar experience. - Familiarity with construction industry and job costing. - Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Tech-savvy with cloud-based accounting tools. - USB Headset with Noise Cancellation, working Webcam, and specific computer and internet requirements.
