Vice President, Data Analytics

**Overview:** - Join 1Password as the Vice President of Data Analytics, reporting directly to the CFO. - Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Develop and implement modern analytics strategies. - Enhance data maturity and inform strategic decisions. - Drive innovation and long-term business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy. - Own and manage data marts for key business units. - Establish KPIs tied to business objectives. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements. - Build strong relationships with cross-functional senior leaders. - Present data findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Assess and improve data analytics department practices and systems. - Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data analytics team. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in data analytics, security, compliance, and privacy. - At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity. - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - Proven track record of delivering analytics-based solutions to complex business problems. - Strong business acumen and expertise in enterprise SaaS business models. - Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Extensive experience in operational excellence and performance metrics. - Outstanding communication skills and ability to present complex concepts clearly. - Proven expertise in leading transformational initiatives. - Strong history of building and developing high-performing teams. **Compensation & Benefits:** - USA-based roles: Annual base salary between $272,000 USD and $368,000 USD. - Canada-based roles: Annual base salary between $246,500 CAD and $333,500 CAD. - Immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k, RRSP). - Generous paid time off. - Company equity and retirement matching program. - Training budget, access to 1Password University, and learning sessions. - Free 1Password account (and friends and family discount). - Paid volunteer days. - Employee-led DEIB programs and ERGs and ECGs. - Fully remote environment. - Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly. - Accommodation available upon request. - Background check may include employment verification, reference checks, and education verification.
