Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage field support efforts for Brooks at Specialty and Big Box accounts within a designated territory. - Support Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on National Account sell-through programs and in-store promotions. - Educate retail associates, runners, and affiliates about Brooks technology and product leadership. - Represent Brooks at national and local running events and expos. - Complete weekly field notes and provide product and competitor feedback. - Feature in product videos for various platforms. - Maintain company vehicle and equipment. - Utilize and maintain a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget. - Complete monthly expense reports. - Travel extensively and work weekends and extended hours as needed. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Willingness to live within a designated radius of the sales territory. - BA or BS degree in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management or equivalent experience. - 1+ years of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience, 2+ preferred. - Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry experience preferred. - Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/apparel/accessories and related technologies. - Understanding of the biomechanics of human motion and injury prevention. - Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills. - Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. - Ability to understand and empathize with runners. - Ability to strategically use an annual budget. - Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: $50,946 - $71,325. - Commission potential. - Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, HSA and employer contribution, FSA, family & fertility assistance, 401K Savings Plan and match, employee assistance
