Guru Field Representative - Minneapolis

Key Responsibilities: - Manage field support efforts for Brooks at specialty and big box accounts. - Support product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs. - Collaborate with sales and marketing on national account sell-through programs. - Educate retail associates and runners about Brooks technology and product leadership. - Represent Brooks at national and local running events. - Maintain company vehicle and equipment. - Complete weekly field notes and provide product and competitor feedback. - Utilize and maintain a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - BA or BS degree in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management or equivalent experience. - 1+ years of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience, 2+ years preferred. - Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry experience. - Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/sport bras/apparel/accessories and biomechanics. - Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication. - Ability to understand the sport of running and empathize with runners. - Ability to strategically use an annual budget. - Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
