Guru Field Representative - Nashville

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage field support efforts for Brooks in distribution channels. - Support sales and marketing teams with product launches, merchandising, and grassroots programs. - Collaborate on national account sell-through programs and in-store promotions. - Educate retail associates, runners, and affiliates about Brooks technology and product leadership. - Represent Brooks at national and local running events and expos. - Complete weekly field notes and provide product and competitor feedback. - Feature in product videos for various platforms. - Maintain company vehicle and equipment. - Utilize and maintain a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget. - Complete monthly expense reports. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Willingness to live within a designated sales territory. - BA or BS degree in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management or equivalent experience. - 1+ years of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience, 2+ years preferred. - Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry experience preferred. - Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/sport bras/apparel/accessories and biomechanics of human motion. - Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills. - Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. - Ability to understand the sport of running and develop authentic relationships. - Ability to strategically use an annual budget. - Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. - Extensive travel required; willingness to work weekends and extended hours.
