Overview: - The Key Account Manager role at Brooks is responsible for driving sales and growth within designated key accounts across the US, focusing on apparel, bras, accessories, and socks. - The company culture emphasizes runner-first values, integrity, championing heart, generosity, and kinetic joy. - The ideal candidate must reside in California, Washington, Oregon, or Nevada, with Seattle being preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales management to meet strategic sales goals for various product categories. - Analyze and achieve backlog goals by seasonal deadlines. - Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through percentages. - Develop monthly business reviews for account health and competition feedback. - Influence key stakeholders to create brand and product initiatives. - Lead seasonal product presentations and collaborate with Footwear Key Account Manager for brand awareness. - Partner with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and provide field feedback. - Travel up to 50% during peak season for key account visits and events. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience, with apparel sales and merchandising preferred. - Experience managing key accounts and working with Microsoft Data Cube, Dynamics CRM, and Tableau. - Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills. - Must live on the West Coast in specified states. Compensation & Benefits: - Total cash compensation ranges from $100,000 to $171,000 per year, varying by geographic market. - Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, HSA, FSA, family & fertility assistance, 401K Savings Plan and match, employee assistance program, and transportation assistance. - Paid time off, annual bonus, and perks such as product discounts, fitness discounts, and volunteer benefits. - Travel up to 50% during peak season.
