Overview: - Account Manager role at Brooks, focused on driving product sales and growth within key accounts. - Responsible for managing sell-in and sell-thru aspects across footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. - Must be based in North Carolina or South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales management to meet annual strategic sales goals. - Achieve and analyze backlog goals for various product categories. - Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through percentages. - Develop monthly business reviews for account health assessment. - Influence key stakeholders for seasonal brand and product initiatives. - Lead seasonal product presentations and develop sales programs. - Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide field feedback on products and competitor activities. - Travel up to 50% during peak season for account visits and trade shows. - Manage liquidation process for inactive items. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience, with 3+ years in managing family footwear/shoe chain retailer key accounts. - Experience with footwear and apparel sales. - Familiarity with Microsoft Data Cube, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Tableau. - Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel extensively during peak season. Compensation & Benefits: - Total cash compensation ranges from $107,000 to $160,500 per year, depending on geographic market. - Robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, HSA, FSA, family & fertility assistance, 401K Savings Plan and match, employee assistance program, and transportation assistance. - Paid time off, including five weeks of paid time off, eleven paid holidays, paid sick and parental leave. - Annual bonus based on company performance. - Perks such as product discounts, employee recognition, fitness discounts, volunteer and donation benefits. Location: - Must be based in North Carolina or South Carolina.
