Territory Manager (Raleigh, NC)

Overview: - Territory Manager role at Brooks, focused on driving product sales and growth within specialty accounts in the Raleigh, NC area. - Responsible for managing sell-in and sell-thru aspects of footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. - Collaborates with sales management to meet annual strategic sales goals. - Develops and leads seasonal product presentations and sales programs. - Builds relationships with key stakeholders within Brooks and local retailers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales management to align territory goals with company revenue targets. - Achieve and analyze backlog goals for various product categories by seasonal deadlines. - Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through percentages. - Develop monthly business reviews and influence key stakeholders for brand initiatives. - Travel up to 50% during peak season to accounts and events. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of experience, with preference for specialty retail (running) experience. - Experience with Microsoft Data Cube, Dynamics CRM, and Tableau. - Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills. - Ability to travel extensively during peak season.
