Manager, Professional Services

Overview: - Manager, Professional Services role at CaptivateIQ, a Sales Performance Management solution. - Responsible for leading and developing a team of Professional Services Consultants. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants. - Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementation of the ICM platform. - Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, maximizing value from the SaaS platform. - Track and analyze key performance metrics, driving process improvements. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for platform enhancements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment. - 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience. - Experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of ICM, SPM, or Financial/HR technology solutions. - Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, or scripting languages. - PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications. - Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and CRM platforms.
