Strategy and Operations Manager, Market Growth

Over, and, and, and, and, and, and with, ands, and, and, and: : : : : : Overview: - Market Growth Manager responsible for strategy and execution to grow Curri’s market share. - Lead growth and expansion in key markets, partnering with various departments. - Engage with customers and drivers to understand and solve their pain points. - Challenge the status quo to enhance customer, driver, and internal team experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Own market growth, launching initial customers and onboarding drivers. - Prospect, outreach, and complete first deliveries with Curri. - Test and validate GTM approaches, including outreach methods and marketing campaigns. - Deepen understanding of last-mile logistics and Curri’s product capabilities. - Research competitive landscape and distribution trends. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Manage dashboards and report on key sales and operational KPIs. - Collaborate with Operations for scaling market activities. - Travel approximately 50% of the time within the market. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, technology, analytics, operations, and strategy. - Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Scrappy mentality, willingness to tackle any task. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions. - Comfort with in-person meetings and product value conveyance. - Problem-solving skills and readiness to challenge the status quo. - Team player with active collaboration across the organization.
