Senior MLOps Engineer

**Overview:** - Edelman is a trusted voice in communication, focusing on action-driven culture. - Committed to DEIB, aiming for an equitable and inspiring workplace. - Seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to lead and optimize machine learning pipelines, especially for Generative AI and LLMs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for GenAI applications. - Deploy and optimize GenAI models in production. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. - Optimize cloud infrastructure for GenAI and LLM models. - Manage model versioning, reproducibility, and governance. - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems. - Utilize Databricks for ML pipeline management. - Evaluate and integrate MLOps tools for LLMs. - Stay updated on GenAI advancements and contribute strategically. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles, with a focus on ML and AI. - Proven expertise in deploying Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, BERT). - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, MLflow, DVC, Prometheus, Grafana. - Experience with security and compliance standards for AI systems. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills. - Fluency in English. - Preferred: Large-scale distributed training, prompt engineering, PySpark experience. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: €60,000 - €75,000 per year. - Total compensation package may include bonuses, Paid Time Off, and region-specific benefits. - Encouragement for diverse applicants to apply, even if experience doesn't align perfectly.
