Sr Technical Program Manager, Atlassian Systems

**Overview:** - Senior Technical Program Manager, Atlassian Systems role at Everbridge. - Hybrid role with 50% technical experience in Atlassian administration and 50% program management/operations. - Requires collaboration across the organization and working across US time zones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build relationships and bridge gaps between teams. - Optimize cross-functional team processes and workflows. - Manage Atlassian tooling, including workflows, screen schemes, automation, and integrations. - Troubleshoot user-reported issues with Atlassian. - Maintain documentation on internal Atlassian product configurations and processes. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of seasoned Jira user experience or hands-on Atlassian administrator. - At least 3+ years managing complex programs. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical role. - Strong scripting experience with APIs and Atlassian tools. - Experience with Python, SQL, and REST APIs. - Strong background in Agile Scrum, Kanban, and various Agile methodologies. - Ability to prioritize and work independently. - Forward-looking attitude for troubleshooting and best practices. - Bonus qualifications: Programming languages experience and communication skills. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Estimated salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 CAD. - Variable compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience. - Comprehensive employee benefits including healthcare, dental care, mental health benefits, disability income benefits, life and AD&D insurance, retirement savings plan with employer match, and paid time off. - Fair Chance Statement compliant with federal, provincial/state, and local laws. - Background checks may affect access to sensitive information, management of assets, and compliance with contractual or regulatory requirements.
