Trial Experience Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Director of Trial Experience to coordinate leadership objectives. - Implement, maintain, and manage automations and integrations for Trial Experience Team. - Assist with change management using Agile methodologies. - Document technological processes and maintain field definition workbooks. - Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals. - Oversee Trial Experience Ops Coordinators and ensure adherence to documentation. - Train and guide related teams on Support Ticketing System and processes. - Research, clean, organize data and create reporting with Development and Data Analysts. - Edit and optimize reporting and automations. - Report performance and upcoming initiatives to the Director of Trial Experience. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of two years in software Project Management/consulting or technical support. - Knowledge of internal systems (HighLevel App, ClickUp, Zapier, etc.). - Ability to produce high-quality documents and SOPs. - Strong understanding of software solutions and professional service offerings. - Ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic work environment. - Prior experience with software integrations (Zapier, Freshworks, ClickUp, etc.). - Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to collect, report, and assess data from various sources. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Familiarity with AI-driven trial experience tools and platforms. - Proven experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
