Overview: - Inside Sales Representative role at Worldstar Hip Hop (MediaLab). - Support and drive sales and revenue growth. - Manage inbound sales requests, streamline workflows, ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales inquiries for posting on WSHH’s website and social media. - Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and provide solutions. - Build and maintain client relationships. - Promote WSHH products, services, and pricing. - Collaborate with sales, content, and social teams for campaign delivery. - Track and report on client campaigns, revenue, and performance. - Work with VP of Business Development to refine processes for growth. - Support External Sales Representative with campaign activations.
