GSI Partner Lead - USA

Overview: - Mistral AI is a company that leverages AI to simplify tasks, save time, and enhance creativity. - The company is expanding globally and seeks a US SI Lead to build and shape the US SI ecosystem. - The role involves strategic partnership planning, financial outcomes, technical integrations, and joint marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement global alliance strategy focusing on GSIs, consulting firms, and systems integrators. - Negotiate or enhance partnership agreements and contracts. - Develop strategic plans for pipeline and co-selling activities with top Global Systems Integrators. - Own end-to-end responsibilities including financial business outcomes, technical integrations, and joint marketing campaigns. - Manage partner enablement programs, including training and certification initiatives. - Drive partnership KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in GTM roles with 5+ years in partner management, business development, or sales. - Deep knowledge and experience working in the US SI ecosystem with top GSI’s. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of the technology or software industry. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events. - Builder, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
