Community Growth Manager (US-based, globally operating)

Overview: - NEOWIZ, a growing gaming company, seeks a Community Growth Manager to lead influencer and creator initiatives. - The role focuses on expanding game reach and fostering a vibrant community through strategic outreach and content campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management: Engage with content creators, build partnerships, and maintain communication. - Influencer Campaign Strategy & Development: Design campaigns aligned with marketing goals, track performance, and provide analysis. - Content & Event Execution: Plan and execute content-driven campaigns, manage large-scale streaming events, and develop strategies for maximum engagement. - Creative Asset Management: Oversee production of graphics and video assets, ensuring quality and alignment with campaign goals. - Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness, prepare management reports, and refine strategies based on data. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience in influencer marketing or community management within the gaming industry. - Deep understanding of gaming communities and streaming platforms. - Proficiency in CRM tools like Lurkit and social media analytics. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with experience in performance data tracking. - Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams. - Hands-on experience with large-scale streaming events and familiarity with graphic design and video editing. - Experience in content creation, including campaign brief writing and post-campaign analysis. - Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior and engagement strategies. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
