Key Responsibilities: - Develop scalable and innovative machine learning models. - Collaborate with devops and data team on data and ML services and infrastructure. - Create proofs of concept for new features to improve processes and customer experience. - Write clean and maintainable code with solid coding principles. - Apply technical skills in design, coding, testing, and debugging. - Investigate and troubleshoot bugs, narrow down failure conditions, and test new functionalities. - Continuously learn about the system and cutting-edge technologies. - Communicate and document work for reusability and reproducibility. - Understand data engineering and data pipelines. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in machine learning, computer science, or similar degree. - 3+ years of experience in machine learning. - 5+ years of software development experience. - Solid programming skills in Python and related libraries. - Ability to automate and productionize ML applications and workflows. - In-depth knowledge of Azure or GCP services. - Proven ability to write efficient and testable code. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Security by Design. - Track record of rapidly iterating on prototypes and maintaining codebases. - Solid grasp on data engineering and data pipelines.
