**Overview:** - Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong collaboration skills. - Manages Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) relationships and supply chain processes. - Resolves ERP issues and enhances inventory accuracy. - Leads a team promoting continuous improvement in materials management. - Committed to operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee inventory management strategies for efficient material flow and production. - Manage VMI relationships with packaging suppliers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resource planning and logistics. - Monitor stock levels, resolve ERP issues, and drive inventory accuracy improvements. - Provide short-term forecasts for materials and packaging. - Assist in resolving ERP and purchasing system issues. - Manage raw material and packaging changes to reduce surplus. - Drive continuous learning and improvement within the team. - Implement supply chain technologies for better visibility and automation. - Lead and mentor materials professionals. - Adapt to changing priorities and additional responsibilities. - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred Master’s). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or logistics. - Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and materials management strategies. - Expertise in materials requirements planning (MRP) and inventory management systems, including ERP software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other professional platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and inventory reconciliation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and externally. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and develop cohesive strategies. - Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Operations. - Must reside in the United States. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt position with a salary range of $83,000.00 to $96,000.00. - Annual Bonus, 401(k) program with company match, Remote-first work environment. - New Hire Remote Life Stipend, Employee Discounts, Monthly Cell and Internet Stipend. - Quarterly Farm-to-Fridge home deliveries, Paid Parental Leave, Vision and Dental Insurance. - Medical Insurance, Life insurance, Flexible spending account, Health savings accounts, Employee assistance program. - Unlimited Paid Time Off, Paid Volunteer Time, Paid Time Off for civic responsibilities. - Additional benefits as required by law, based on residence. **Who We Are:** - Driving systemic improvement in childhood nutrition for a healthier, happier, and more equitable world. - Providing organic, crave-worthy snacks and meals for children of all ages. - Supporting farmers supplying high-quality organic ingredients. - Treating consumers, customers, suppliers, investors, and employees with dignity and respect. - Fostering an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. - Inclusive group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, passions, and beliefs. - Hiring self-motivated, independent thinkers passionate about improving childhood nutrition.
