Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and detailed documentation. - Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. - Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, including business processes and system designs. - Prioritize and manage project requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. - Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support for end users. - Continuously evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions. - Provide ongoing support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality business solutions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business/System Analyst roles in the software industry. - Experience in international HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. - Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. - Strong communication skills for effective delegation and problem identification. - Good time management skills to structure workday and tasks while maintaining work-life balance. - Systems thinking to consider different viewpoints when designing solutions for complex systems. - Problem identification and analysis skills to determine solutions for business problems or system development.
