Ad Platform Manager, Programmatic

**Overview:** - Join Spotify's Sales team to build relationships and grow business in music and podcasts. - Manage operations for the fast-growing Programmatic business. - Collaborate with sales, yield, and product teams to improve revenue opportunities. - Transform processes and contribute to the efficient growth of the Ad business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support technical rollouts of automated channels and exchanges. - Project management for testing architecture and functionality. - Ad server management and setup for automated buying channels. - Troubleshooting/QA and escalations for technical issues. - Reconciliation with Accounting for programmatic channels. - Expertise on partners and their function in the ads ecosystem. - Scaling knowledge, information, and data for operational tasks. - Collaboration with sales leadership on strategic programmatic deals. - Attendance at cross-functional meetings. - Identifying deal opportunities and educating/training Automation Sales Heads/Teams. - Macro analysis of deals and trends in buyer behavior. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 6+ years of experience in digital advertising with Google Ad Manager, ad exchanges, and SSP companies. - Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, and DSPs. - Customer-focused product thinking. - Ability to identify product requests and resolve technical issues. - Strong understanding of media buying, selling, and delivery programmatically. - Proficiency in SQL and big data systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $115,700 - $165,286 plus equity. - Benefits include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. - Flexibility to work within the US region. - Operates within the EST time zone. - Spotify is an equal opportunity employer.
