Senior Manager, Automated Revenue Strategy – Spotify Business Operations

**Overview:** - Join Spotify's Sales team to build relationships and grow business globally. - Drive revenue-generating initiatives and strategies for scaling growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ad products and strategies. - Build strong relationships with programmatic partners to unlock revenue opportunities. - Serve as a thought leader on programmatic offerings within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive global sales initiatives to optimize inventory and increase revenue. - Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product teams. - Partner with Revenue Intelligence to assess ROI for initiatives and partnerships. - Stay updated with industry trends to uncover new revenue streams and partnerships. - Support business operations in shifting client spend strategies. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Digital Inventory/Yield. - Strong relationships with DSPs, agencies, and trading desks. - Expertise in data analysis and decision-making, with a focus on growth optimization. - Proficiency in ad operations systems and programmatic tools. - Solid technical knowledge of digital media, podcasts, and programmatic channels. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking. - Strong analytical and project management capabilities. - Thrive in fast-paced environments. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $183,037 to $261,482, plus equity. - Benefits include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. - Leveling during the interview process based on work history and performance. - Flexibility to work within the North America region. - Operates within the EST time zone. - Spotify is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
