Business Analyst (Middle)

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and transform business requirements into systemic projects or products. - Formulate and analyze business processes. - Conduct independent Discovery phases and propose implementation ideas. - Collaborate with marketing technology teams and understand technical implementation details. - Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions. - Coordinate BA requirements and work with corresponding teams. - Validate functionality before delivery to the client and conduct demonstrations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Fundamental understanding of business analysis principles. - Experience in defining requirements, analyzing, and developing projects from scratch. - Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficiency in modeling processes and workflow design. - Experience with design tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Draw.io. - High-level business communication and writing skills. - Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate or higher level.
