Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and improve financial results through the preparation and presentation of various management reports. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data used for management decision-making. - Active participation in monthly preparation of management reports, including budget variance analysis, sales and revenue analysis by key customers and regions, detailed expense analysis, workforce and payroll cost analysis, and project margin analysis. - Provide tight support for other company functions from a financial perspective. - Control and support the motivation program for sales and customer service managers related to company financial indicators. - Support the development and integration of IT systems, automation of financial business processes. - Prepare special reports, presentations, and analytical materials for company leadership. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Higher financial/economic education or equivalent experience. - At least 3+ years of experience in finance and/or control. - Knowledge and experience in financial business modeling, forecasting, and analysis. - Critical thinking and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Intermediate level of English proficiency. - Possession of financial certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA). - Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
