Head of Creative Unit

Key Responsibilities: - Head of Creative Unit responsible for timely, quality, and economically efficient implementation of all products and solutions. - Key role in transforming Creative Business Unit into a more profitable and customer-oriented direction. - Focus on innovation, design improvement, and alignment of creative solutions with business objectives. - Leadership of a team of professionals, ensuring their continuous development and motivation. - Optimization of operational efficiency, generation of revenue, and long-term business sustainability. - Coordination and integration of internal and external activities to align with company vision. - Management of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee satisfaction. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading or guiding design teams. - Familiarity with design software and tools. - Experience in budget management and resource allocation. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. - Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare communication trends. - Leadership skills, including vision setting, team motivation, and effective collaboration. - Strong communication skills and coaching abilities. - Extensive experience in product development. - Proficiency in English and willingness to participate in language courses.
