Key Responsibilities: - Developing and prioritizing IT strategies in collaboration with various stakeholders, using industry knowledge and best practices to achieve organizational success. - Creating short-, medium-, and long-term IT strategies and action plans to support business success. - Identifying IT initiatives and solutions that enhance productivity and competitive advantages, including the introduction of new tools and technologies. - Identifying IT risks and challenges in both short-term and long-term perspectives. - Implementing IT structure management for investment and initiative control in IT. - Ensuring IT compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards. - Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, best practices, and standards. - Recruiting, training, and mentoring IT personnel to build a competent and motivated team. - Setting expectations, standards, metrics, and providing clear goals and career development opportunities for team members. - Coordinating and managing daily operations of the IT department. - Ensuring high engagement levels among team members. - Managing IT budget and expenses to ensure cost-effective provision of IT services. - Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. - Planning and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. - Providing IT consulting services to internal and external partners, sharing expertise, and fostering business development. - Managing external and internal IT services, including IT support, ensuring high service quality, and driving business growth. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management on senior leadership positions. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including HR and customer relations. - Expertise in managing IT projects, including large-scale IT infrastructure development. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and data analytics. - Strong writing and communication skills for collaboration with partners at all levels. - Proficiency in English.
