Head of Infrastructure

Overview: - Viseven Group is a global B2B MarTech service provider for Pharma and LifeScience companies. - Mission: Drive digital transformation and excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. - Team: Over 700 skilled professionals across IT strategy, governance, leadership, budget management, and infrastructure management. - Global presence: Operates in more than 30 countries, with physical offices in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, India, and the US. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT strategy and roadmap. - Identify IT initiatives and solutions for business productivity and competitive advantage. - Implement IT governance structures and ensure IT compliance. - Lead and manage IT teams, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure high engagement. - Manage IT function costs, negotiate with vendors, and oversee IT infrastructure. - Provide IT advisory, manage external and internal IT services, and contribute to product and service development. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management on leadership roles. - Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders. - Expertise in managing large-scale IT projects, emerging technologies, and software development principles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Fluent in English.
