Overview: - Remote, full-time, individual contributor position in Latin America. - Role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships as a Key Account Manager. - Responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for key clients, aligning with their objectives. - Identify new opportunities and upsell offerings. - Collaborate with various teams for seamless service delivery. - Monitor and improve client satisfaction, refining products/services based on feedback. - Oversee account implementation and growth, using data analytics for strategic decisions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor' to ensure (s -s to Master's degree in business, marketing, or related fields. - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the payments industry. - Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment. - Results-driven and goal-oriented.
