Overview: - Support Engineers at Emburse are responsible for handling cases related to product functionality, system availability, and third-party integrations. - They act as mentors, respond to support cases and phone calls, troubleshoot issues, and manage cases using Zendesk. - They collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exemplary customer service. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience. - 2 years of technical support experience using SQL and Linux. - 2 years of software support experience to business clients. - Ability to write intermediate SQL queries and understand relational database structures. - Basic Linux command line experience. - Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical clients. - Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Ability to manage under pressure and work collaboratively. - Preferred experience with accounting practices and online web meeting software.
