Director of Product, Learner Mobility

Overview: - Join Instructure as the Director of Product for Learner Mobility. - Drive innovation in educational access and empower learners globally. - Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute product vision and strategy for Learner Mobility. - Prioritize product roadmap features based on data analysis, customer feedback, and strategic business goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging trends in learner mobility. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges. - Serve as a subject matter expert on admissions, dual enrollment, and transfer processes. - Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and innovation. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for new feature and service creation. - Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders. - Measure product success and drive product iteration.
