Revenue Marketing Manager, Higher Education

Overview: - Revenue Marketing Manager role within Instructure's Higher Education marketing team. - Responsible for generating new logo and customer growth pipeline. - Collaborates with various internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as campaign leader for Higher Ed marketing team. - Manage core metrics: Awareness, Acquisition Pipeline, Pipeline progression, Retention, Growth Pipeline. - Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on marketing activities' impact on sales. - Evaluate and manage outside vendor tactics. - Write ad copy and emails; design images; engage with sales for training and content development. - Communicate marketing activities to other teams. - Work with various marketing strategies to ensure a balanced demand program. - Manage quarterly marketing budget. - Report key findings and provide strategic suggestions. - Collaborate with counterparts for sharing ideas and strategies. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS. - Experience in creative campaign development and execution of various marketing strategies. - Strong reporting capabilities. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Project management experience. - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. - Kindness, conscientiousness, and a good sense of humor.
