Account Manager - US (Remote)

Over: and and and: out, and out: and: to be if if: and Overview: - Account Manager role at Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding. - Focus on managing renewal processes for customer contracts. - Serve over 1,000 customers and foundation model builders. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage customer account renewals. - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify renewal risks and opportunities. - Negotiate renewal terms and pricing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Address customer inquiries and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and forecast renewal revenue. - Identify process improvement opportunities. - Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Relevant experience in AI/ML, DevOps, or Data product companies. - Deep experience interacting with ML Engineers or developers. - 3+ years of sales experience (SDR, AM). - Proven success with customer base renewals and growth. - Entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build processes. - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
