Enterprise Account Executive, (Acquisition) - Germany (Remote)

Overview: - Account Executive position at Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. - Responsible for driving new logos and ARR into the assigned Enterprise territory, DACH. - Develop and implement a business development sales strategy. - Collaborate with technology ecosystem and alliance partners. - Manage opportunities through the sales cycle. - Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and close new opportunities. - Increase awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace. - Develop and implement a business development sales strategy. - Manage opportunities from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline. - Report on sales, activities, and progress regularly through CRM and sales forecasting tools. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of sales development experience in high velocity, SaaS sales environments. - Proven track record of success in quota attainment within a highly technical sales process. - Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Command of the Message (or similar) and MEDDPICC-trained. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
